What
On 17-18 March 2018, the Prime Minister of Australia, the Hon. Malcolm Turnbull MP, welcomed the Leaders of the Member States of ASEAN and the Secretary-General of ASEAN to the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit. It is the first time Australia has hosted a Summit with ASEAN Leaders in Australia. Working in partnership with Centium Software, Touchpoint delivered an end to end accreditation solution for the ASEAN Special Summit. Accreditation was required for all attending leaders and dignitaries, delegates, support staff, international & local workforce and media.

How
Touchpoint worked closely with the Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet taskforce to develop and manage multiple online registration sites and approval portals, used to accredit over 5,000 attendees, media and workforce. Following an extensive data management & quality control process, Touchpoint produced fully branded, RFID encoded credential passes for every attendee, which could be read by electronic gates at the venue. Touchpoint also built in a unique secure overlay, adding an additional level of visual security to the passes.
