Challenges & Successes
As our first international onsite event since the pandemic, we needed to ensure our plans and processes accounted for new considerations including travel/vaccine protocols, documentation and extended freight timelines
Our flexible check-in stations were configured to service badge-printing for pre-registered attendees as well as an onsite registration process for new attendees onsite
The high-speed QR code scanning solution allowed for fast and robust data capture of all buyers entering & exiting the exhibition.

Touchpoint were thrilled to support MEETINGS NZ again this year, providing an onsite check-in and badge printing solution alongside session and function scanning services. The BEIA team put in an enormous amount of effort each year to develop an exciting and innovative show for the attendees and we loved joining them again, this year at the new Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre
