Configuring the name badge with additional function tickets that were personalised for each individual’s booking entitlements.
Deploying our printer contingency to a malfunctioning piece of equipment which occurred onsite during registration. The printer was replaced quickly with minimal impact on the registration flow and little down time of the check-in station in question.
Building a streamlined process for the high volume of onsite registrations, which was an increased number on the previous year
