The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2013, commonly known as CHOGM, is the biennial Meeting of the Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Nations.  Touchpoint Meeting Services successfully joined forces with Centium Software and Neal Consulting Solutions to provide an end to end event accreditation solution for CHOGM 2013.

The Finer Details

Supporting the implementation of the powerful software EventsPro and AccessPoint® software from Centium Software, Touchpoint implemented a 24 hour registration helpdesk and coordinated the production of over 40,000 accreditation passes for delegates, media, security and workforce. Working in partnership with the local CHOGM Taskforce and stakeholders, Touchpoint supplied data reporting, training, delegate management and liaison as required. To complement the databases and internal and public facing portals developed by Centium Software, Touchpoint developed detailed training guides and processes for a series of sophisticated web forms and portals, allowing trusted agents of the various delegations to submit attendee information for accreditation review. Touchpoint then integrated directly into the CHOGM 2013 team alongside a Centium Software technical support team to drive all of major elements of the accreditation process.
