Touchpoint provided a full registration solution, supporting DG global’s team to manage delegate & exhibitor pre-event registrations, exhibitor entitlements through a dedicated portals and onsite services.

What

Supporting renowned event producers, DG Global, Touchpoint were enlisted to provide remote and onsite registration services to DG Global’s client’s National Conference. This encompassed the creation of multiple registration sites for delegates & exhibitors, customised exhibitor portals and supporting collateral for on-going registration management. Touchpoint managed the data on a daily basis in collaboration with DG Global including delegate changes, confirmations, payments, email communications and accommodation bookings.

Onsite, a team of 11 Touchpoint specialists joined DG Global in creating a cohesive team, seamlessly servicing delegates throughout the registration check in process and beyond.

How

Utilising the event management system EventsAIR to its fullest extent, Touchpoint embraced the highly detailed scope for registration, building 17 individual interactive sites, many with over 20 pages of data and extensive lines of logic, to enforce and monitor strict access to accommodation and group attendance entitlements.

The exhibition portals, designed to personalise each exhibitor’s experience, allowed the review and update of company details, upload of key documents including logos, profiles and insurance certificates as well as the registration for up to 8 attending delegates and additional purchases.
Providing the highest levels of service, Touchpoint worked tirelessly in servicing the required changes and requests for registration and worked very closely with fellow providers Jomablue to manage the transfer of data to their database to for use in badge printing and lead retrieval onsite.
