Touchpoint provided a real-time onsite data collection solution, allowing delegates to track session attendance allowing for easy CPD point submission.

What

Touchpoint have integrated with the client to bring an automated process to CPD point allocation directly links to the event and attendee data. Touchpoint have also developed a custom name badge allowing for specific, individualised data to be formatted into a branded name badge, printed onsite as attendees arrive and check-in.

How

Touchpoint’s sophisticated solution encompasses compact scanning stations which allow attendees data from their credentials to be scanned and collected as they enter session rooms. This data feeds through to the master event database where it is compiled into viewable and reportable formats.

Touchpoint developed a unique name badge template incorporating event branding and delegate key demographic data with functionality to pull function details specific to each attendee. This allowed for an onsite, automatic printing facility where delegates checked-in to the event and were able to print their badges on arrival, avoiding the need for costly and labour intensive pre-printed credentials.

  • Over 8,500 session attendances recorded over 4 days
  • 4 day program consisting of over 57 sessions with breakfast, plenary and concurrent sessions.
  • 18 scanning stations situated across 2 levels at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre
  • Custom name badge template incorporating over 20 personalised fields and codes for approximately 1200 attendees
